- : Of course the resource fork is quite some more than what Amiga's .info

- No, you didn't understand the problem. I can read Mac files with no
- difficulty. The problem arises when I try to export ANY Amiga midi file
- into one of the Mac programs; they simply don't recognize the amiga file
- unless you add a resource fork, set the filetype to Midi and the creator
- to MTPC. THEN, when they do recognize it, depending on whether the file
- came from Music-X, B&P pro or DMCS, the Mac program either opens an empty
- file or crashes. Interestingly, I took one of the midi files supplied
- with one of the Mac programs, moved it over to the Amiga (it played
- fine), then moved it back to the Mac. No conversions in the Amiga, just the
- Apple File Exchange transfer. The file played perfectly back on the Mac.
- So the problem is not in the physical (disk) conversion process.

- Sine the two computers aren't in the same room and neither one is
- likely to be moved I have considered it, but that's as far as it got. :-)
